Chef BenI started learning to cook at the age of 5, at the country club, by the age of 7 I was preparing food table side with the help from the Maitre De. Other than being a dad of two amazing children, cooking has been my life!

What I really enjoy each year is during our winter season I try new dishes for our menus that everyone in the office gets to sample. Based on a group vote we revamp and upgrade items on our event menus each year. We want to make sure we are providing the best food in the St. Louis area!

I have been working as a culinary professional for 19 years, and in 2000 I attended Forest Park Culinary Program to enhance my skill set. I have been working for fine dining restaurants for many years, gradually working my way to event catering.

I love cooking in general, but particularly love my job because it’s so rewarding to play such an important role in a night that is so important to so many people. Come taste why we are the best in the Midwest!
