LET’S PLAN
Planning a wedding or special event can be overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. We are happy to discuss all these details and more. We want to hear about your vision and how our team of reception planners and wedding coordinators in St. Charles can customize your event or wedding to be uniquely yours.
Here is how we make it simple:
Step 1: Choose Your Date.
Whether you want a gorgeous spring wedding or want to summon autumn colors for your event, choose a date and secure it. It is a good idea to have 2-3 in mind to better your chances of booking. Remember to note that prices often fluctuate depending on the time of year.
Step 2: Size Matters.
Do you want a large party or a small, intimate affair? The size of your event will determine many of the foundational decisions—and the details that will come later!
Step 3: Money Matters.
Next, determine your budget. You budget will answer some key questions for you, so it is important to have a realistic amount that you do not wish to exceed.
Step 4: Location, Location, Location.
Our wedding and reception planners in St. Charles would love to give you a tour of our fabulous locations! You will choose the one that is perfect for you, and we will write up a contract to secure your date and location! We do require a $2000 deposit to reserve the venue. The remaining deposit schedule will be outlined in the contract; all deposits go towards your big day, except for a security deposit which you get back one week after your event.
Step 5: Food.
You have three opportunities to taste of delicious, chef-made creations. We host tastings in December, April, and August; this gives you a chance to sample many items on our extensive menu. We recommend you choose the tasting closest to your event so you remember the deliciousness and can select our most current offerings.
Step 6: Four Months Out!
We will contact you to check up on your planning and see what questions you have for us, as well as any questions we may have for you as we plan your big day! At this time, your guest list should be finished, invitations in hand and ready to mail.
Step 7: The Final Countdown.
2 months prior: We will assign you a wedding coordinator for your event in St. Charles, schedule a meeting to go over the details of your event including food, design, décor, and your timeline. We will also discuss any outside vendors you will be using.
2 weeks before: We will contact you to go over final details and get your final head count.
1 week before: Final decisions will be made, and final payment is due.
