HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOUR VENUE HOLD?

The Old Stone Chapel can hold up to 160 guests for a ceremony. The courtyard also available for a ceremony can hold up to 200 guests. The allotted time frame for the ceremony is 1 and 1/2 hours – including your ceremony and pictures.
The Ballroom by Heart Events can hold up to 200 guests.

Tables and chairs are available to accommodate, including a wood dance floor and bar.

Le Belle Coeur is across the cobblestone street and can hold up to 210 guests. Also available is a mezzanine which can hold an additional 25 guests. A small courtyard is also included at Le Belle Coeur, as well as tables, chairs, dance floor and bar area.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THE VENUE?

A $3,000 deposit secures your date. An additional $2,000 is payable 2 months prior to your date. Any other invoices will be payable 2 weeks prior to your event.

HOW CLOSE ARE YOU TO HOTELS AND ENTERTAINMENT?

Anyone familiar with St. Charles will tell you, that there is no shortage of entertainment in the area. Next door to our venues is a beautiful Country Inn and Suites. Many of our clients utilize this as they get ready to have their wedding with us. The Ameristar Casino and many other hotels are within 1 mile of our ballrooms. Coming soon: we will have our own Bridal Suite for the day for a flat $450 (just a 2 minute drive from venue.)

DO I NEED A WEDDING PLANNER?

Yes, we require you to use our wedding planner. This planner will help guide you through the entire planning process. The planner will help coordinate between all your vendors and reception details to make sure everything happens just the way you want.

DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING FOR OUR WEDDING?

We currently do in-house catering, but starting in 24 we will have a preferred catering list, so people can choose our catering in house, which will always be more economical, or a vendor of our list. If choosing a different caterer, there will still be a cost for venue rental and alcohol. See our catering packages. We have great catering packages for you to choose from.

DO YOU MAKE WEDDING CAKES?

We do not do wedding cakes. However we do offer dessert bars (cookies, brownies, cheesecake etc.)

DO YOU PROVIDE BEVERAGE SERVICE?

Yes, we have several drink packages that include a 4-hour open bar. An extra hour can be purchased for $3.75 per person per hour.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE OPEN BAR?

Bud Lite – Bud Select draft beer; Chardonnay – White Zinfandel and Cabernet wine; Whiskey, Scotch, Gin, Run, Vodka, Amaretto, Tequila – Peach Schnapps – Amaretto; Coke products – cranberry juice, orange juice, sweet n sour juice, tomato juice, coffee and tea.

WHAT TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE?

Our packages include chairs and tables for up to 200 guests. These tables are 72 inches and chairs included are the Chiavari Chairs – Silver for Le Belle Coeur and Mahogany at Old Stone Chapel.

ARE LINENS INCLUDED?

White mid-length linen and chivari chairs are included.

DO YOU OFFER DECORATIONS?

We do offer decor services in house. However, people can bring in their own decor. Starting in 24, we will have several tablescapes for people to choose from and rent directly from us.

WHO DOES THE SETUP/CLEAN-UP?

Heart Events will clean up at the end of the evening. You will be required to take everything with you that is yours. Heart Events will also set your room in approximate configuration for your decorators to finish the job!
